During the first Friday and Saturday in December (December 4-5 this year, 2009), Downtown West Bend, Wisconsin is abuzz with Winter On Main. This is truly an old fashioned holiday celebration, with Santa, strolling carolers, horse-drawn carriage rides and of course, shopping.
